Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our activity partners.
- Cancellations made 96 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a refund (90%).
- Cancellations made 48–96 hours before the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
Once the vendor/guide details have been shared (typically 48 hours before the activity), cancellation charges may apply as per the above policy.
2. No-Show Policy
- If a customer fails to show up at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be provided.
- Late arrivals may result in missed activities without any refund.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 96 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of the activity/booking.
- Only one-time rescheduling is allowed per booking.
4. Weather & Safety Cancellations
- In case of bad weather, natural hazards, or safety concerns, the activity may be cancelled or postponed by us or the vendor.
- In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- An option to reschedule
Safety decisions are final and taken in the best interest of all participants.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
- Any payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted.
6. Vendor Responsibility
- Guide/Pilot/Instructor details are shared 2 days before the activity.
- After professional assignment, coordination is expected directly with the professional for logistics.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen local conditions, but we will assist wherever possible.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must arrive on time at the specified location.
- Valid ID card and booking confirmation details may be required.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the vendor.
