Well-Planned Itinerary: The tour itinerary was thoughtfully crafted, encompassing all the must-see attractions and activities in Shimla and Manali. Each day was well-balanced, allowing for ample time to explore, relax, and immerse ourselves in the local culture.

Quality Accommodation: We were impressed by the quality of accommodation provided by “Adventure in Himalaya”. The hotels given were clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Professional Tour Guides: Our tour guides in Shimla and Manali were knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing their insights into the history, culture, and natural beauty of the region. Their expertise added depth and enrichment to our travel experience.

Areas for Improvement:

Communication: While overall communication with “Adventure in Himalaya” was excellent, there were a few instances where response times could have been improved, especially during the booking process. Good response time expectations would be beneficial for future clients.

Variety of Activities: While the tour itinerary included a good mix of sightseeing and cultural experiences, I felt that offering customizable packages with additional activity options could cater to a wider range of preferences.

Overall, my experience with “Adventure in Himalaya” was highly positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family planning a trip to Shimla and Manali.
